Hub settings

These settings apply to each phone/device. Changing them does not remove or reset any existing songs or votes.
Example: set this to 2 if each student may request two songs.
Each phone can still vote only once on the same song.

Changing a per-phone limit takes effect immediately. Existing song requests and votes stay exactly as they are.
